The Fishtail braid, otherwise known as the Herringbone or Fishbone braid is a super sweet look for an innocent young thang like yourself. It's perfectly chic and an additive to the ever so popular boho relaxed hippie look on those off days where you really don't feel like doing much to your hair. How to you ask, there's many online tutorial videos out there to mastering the trend, but here's we'll here's a link to instructions provided by Seventeen Magazine, happy braiding [;)]!!! : http://www.seventeen.com/beauty/tips/fishtail-braid-oct07 ( Copyright: www.seventeen.com )

Vision, one of our most powerful of our 5 senses. It's something that many of us readily use and might often as a result, take for granted. Moreover, without the ability to see, we would more heavily rely on our other senses; ie. sense of touch to figure out what something might look like. This in turn would allow us to even further develop, enhance and heighten our ability to experience the world & the things around us. Likewise, the act of being blindfolded merely shows you are in control having your vision temporarily obstructed: it evokes a sense of sensuality and confidence being able to funcition as in your per-usual. A tinnie tiny suggestion though, that is if you are up to attempt this fierce look: first, try using a sheer piece of fabric, scarf or uni sunglasses, one that you can see through but doesn't look sheer to the passer byer. Then, practice at home, walking around, just to make sure your comfortable before the big reveal. And now imagine: strutting down the street in towering heels, a fitted blazer & a blindfold, two words: uber sexy.

BRALESSNESS,,,oh yes, the time has come my lady figures!!! Ditch that petty contraption & let the twins be free. WAIIIITTTTT!!! Okay so before you go flinging your bra up in the air, there are just some suggestions in mastering this trend to it’s fullest potential. My 3 most helpful hints in pulling this bralessness trend are: (#1): keep it classy, make sure your top is not sheer or completely spandex, this ruins the light- hearted effect, (# 2): it looks best if you have a petite chest (A cup to a small C), just make sure you "twins" are perky, if not enclose with a fitted or drapey top: the side boob is also very alluring sensual & seductive way to flaunt those curves, (#3) this trend can translate between casual & formal attire, I suggest trying some low "V" necks, crop tops & fitted blazers. To avoid complete escapism aka a nippy slip, secure the twins with some nipple daisies or translucent tape, there you have it, say bye-bye to digging in & fallen bra straps & fidgeting with those pesky under wires and hello to a flawless approach to keeping it airy up there[;)))]!!!

Ahemmmm, now that I got your attention, I would like to focus the roots of what a crotch latch actually is. Ohyes. it is much more that a perceived foul gesture done by your male friend on poker nights repeatedly proclaiming to the world he has the “goods”. The term "crotch envy" was popularized by none other than the “King of Pop” , Michael Jackson in the 1980's. His signature "crotch grab" was a signature statement seen in much of his choreography, a reflex that begun to push the envelope in pop music. Interestingly enough, what was seen to many as repulsive, actually carries a sense of psychological significance: the showcasing and exhibition of male virility; the groin as the central focus of natural sexual energy. Moreover, the “lap latch” stems off of primarily securing dominance away from the meek hearted, drawing attention to the mere vocal point of our existence, one that goes far beyond clothing on one’s back or the words muttered from one’s mouth. In addition, like any other fashion forward trend, this somewhat controversial reflex is about feeling empowered within one's body, as men grab their crotch freely all the time, why can't we? It's about feeling comfortable in your own skin, a firm grip affirming we are on control of our womanhood, our destiny, not meaning to offend people but rather to heighten the awareness of inequality and discrimination faced by women all around the world. Likewise, pop culture trends are slowly gravitating towards bold fashion mannerisms including somewhat bold gestures, subconscious habits and or behaviours and new speech development patterns ie. new terminology & slang ( urbandictionary.com). Moreover, the crotch grab has been flourishing by the animation of many trendsetting vocalists including Rihanna and Katy Perry. Not convinced, try it, mock it, pose it up in your next Facebook profile pic, you might be surprised on how fast it catches on. I’m not advocating a feminist movement, I just think if anytime is the right time, it’s now. I think
